You will keep a record of the levels of our stock and supplies, identifying shortages and raising them to the Centre Manager for replenishing.

You will keep a record of the levels of our stock and supplies, identifying shortages and checking with team leaders and/or operations lead before replenishing. You will maintain and update our stock spreadsheet and list purchase needs to the Centre Manager.


You will also:

• Maintain adequate levels of supplies to hand including animal food, medical supplies, cleaning materials, bedding, blankets, newspaper, hay etc.

• Alert shortages to the marketing team for appeals and donations.

• Reorder items after checking in with team leaders/operations lead for approval

• Store and secure new stock that arrives at the centre.

• Work in a team of 2 on stock control and management.
