Volunteer mentor it is a hybrid one-to-one basis programme, it is flexible, it can be completely remote or hybrid.
This is a career based mentoring programme focused on supporting young people to grow their knowledge, skills, network and confidence to succeed.
We believe that investing in mentors will help to address the skills gap agenda and improve social cohesion. This ambitious scheme backs the talents of young people to improve their life chances, while at the same time strengthening local communities.
Our mentoring is one to one, for young people aged 14-25 years old, for 1 hour, once a month, for up to a year.
The large choices of programmes and delivery models that we offer means that you have a choice of volunteering locations. You can choose to participate in one of our face to face, hybrid (online and in person) or fully virtual partnerships.
