Nova Wellness CIC provide group therapeutic sessions in the local community through our outreach programme, aimed at improving well-being of local residents in need. We also offer individual holistic therapies in our health clinic in Stevenage. We offer: acupuncture, chiropractic, reflexology, massage, guided meditation, trauma release exercises, Indian head massage and other well-being and complimentary treatments. Our mission is to reach the local communities in need, to help improve both their physical and mental health and help them to cope better with day to day pressures and anxieties.
