Visiting your street and knocking on doors to get resident to sign up to our OWL system keep an eye on what's happening in your street .
To help our communities to be safer to report crime (but not tackle anyone) training will be give to use our system.and all packs and signs also given to you
You will help your community be reporting and enrolling residents
