Volunteering Fair - Organisation Sign-Up

Attendees can explore ways to get involved - whether by volunteering or accessing your services.

Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If we receive more applications than available stalls, we will operate a waiting list.

If you would like to book a stall, please complete the form below by 5pm on 8^th May 2026. We will contact you with a response as soon as possible.

Please note: By agreeing to book a stall at the Letchworth Garden City Volunteer Fair, you acknowledge that spaces are free for groups who register and attend the fair. However, in the event of your group's failure to attend the event, you accept that you will be invoiced £25 towards the running costs incurred. Please ensure that you notify the CVS at least three days prior to the Fair if you are unable to attend, to avoid this charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
