Are you the sort of person who loves a good disco? Do you enjoy playing a great mix of tracks that will really get people in the mood for dancing?
No Barriers Radio would love to hear from you! We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Volunteer DJ. This is a great opportunity to volunteer in a friendly, person-centred team providing a 24 hours recorded show.
You should be:
- Approachability and friendliness
- A good understanding of the ins and outs of being a DJ
- Good time management skills
- Honesty and integrity
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to get on well as part of a team
DJs may be required to work remotely and purchase their own microphone to facilitate this.
Ideally you would also have some ideas for encouraging funding streams towards the station and the ability to promote fundraising projects.
