About NeuroRelate Ltd

NeuroRelate Ltd is a Hertfordshire-based not-for-profit social enterprise built from lived experience. We provide support, advocacy and training for neurodivergent individuals, families, and workplaces.

After experiencing first-hand the lack of post-diagnosis support for ADHD and Autism, we founded NeuroRelate to bridge the gap between diagnosis and everyday life. Our work combines lived experience with professional training, offering practical strategies and emotional support that make a real difference.

We run free community support groups, online peer sessions, and advocacy services to help people feel seen, understood, and connected. Alongside this, we deliver corporate and educational workshops that promote neuroinclusion, helping organisations create environments where neurodiverse individuals can thrive.

Our mission is simple: to build a kinder, more understanding world for neurodivergent people and their families — one conversation, one workshop, and one community event at a time.
