Social Club Helper

We rely on volunteers for the smooth running of our fantastic Linkage 71 Club.

Can you help with:

Register of attendees, meet and greet, making everyone feel welcome, serving crisps, chocolate, and preparing warm and cold drinks from snack bar, making available board games, jigsaws, cards, dominoes etc from our games cupboard and assisting in set up (and playing!) where needed.

Can you also help with umpiring the selection of music (very contentious!!) and support with the clean up of work surfaces and tables at end of evening and ensuring everyone has a safe exit and homeward journey (usually by taxi).

It is often difficult to know who has the most fun out of the evening , members or volunteers and we certainly work totally as a team. We would welcome anyone interested to come down and meet us any Wednesday between 7pm and 9pm.
