Greenway Litter-Picker Volunteer

As a Greenway Litter-Picker Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in helping to protect local wildlife on the Greenway. You’ll be picking up litter with our provided kits while spending time in the fresh air and getting to know like-minded people. There’ll also be the chance to socialise over a hot tea or coffee in the Greenway Café afterwards.

The impact you’ll have:

You’ll be protecting wildlife on the Greenway from litter that could harm them and also helping prevent litter from polluting the environment. You’ll also be helping the Greenway to look good for everyone to enjoy.

What you will be doing:

• Collecting litter on the Garden City Greenway using litter-picking kits provided

We got for litter-picks on Sunday mornings every couple of months. The next date is Sunday 20th August.
