The Leecliffe Big Local Partnership Committee was formed in 2012 as a result of The National Lottery designating Leeming Road and Aycliffe Road as a 'Big Local' area. Consisting of local residents from Borehamwood, the committee aims to enhance people's lives and improve the community. Their goals are to empower local individuals, restore the spirit of community, and create a lasting legacy through the use of investments from the Local Trust. The committee's principles are based on the 4 Big Local Outcomes advocated by the Local Trust. These outcomes include communities being better equipped to identify and address local needs, individuals gaining increased skills and confidence to continue addressing needs in the future, the community making a significant impact on the needs it sees it has, and residents feeling a greater sense of satisfaction in their area.
Overall, the Leecliffe Big Local Partnership Committee comprises dedicated local volunteers committed to enhancing their community.
We are looking for someone who has some interest and / or experience in social media, marketing, comms and IT.
