Can you spare a few hours (between 2 - 6 hrs) on the day of the festival to help set up the stage, marquees and performance areas.
Detailed description
The tenth Kimpton Folk Festival will be on Saturday the 4 July 2026.
Stage and set crew are needed to:
- Put up and take down marquees and gazebos, place straw bale benches, and the bar.
- Put up signs and lights, and help to check set up is safe.
- To be relatively fit and can carry small loads.
- Having handy man/woman skills would be as asset.
We are a friendly group, all wanting to put on the best possible festival each year. Kimpton Folk Festival is attended by around 1000 people per year, locally and nationally. The atmosphere is always very special and sometimes electric! We hope you will join us. You will be made very welcome!
