Music Festival Advertising & Fundraising Manager

The tenth Kimpton Folk Festival is on Saturday the 4th of July 2026.

As Fundraising & Advertising Manager you will be a valued member of Kimpton Folk Festival Committee. You will attend a two-hour committee festival planning evening meeting once a month from January to June 2026.

We have attracted generous sponsorship and other funding over the years, but need help to keep the money rolling in to help cover the cost of all the free entertainment provided on the day.

As Fundraising & Advertising Manager you will:

• sell advertising space in the festival programme.
• co-ordinate the annual spring fund-raising event.
• manage volunteers to with charity buckets and QR code donations on the day.
• liaise directly with the Chair and Vice Chairman and Treasurer to devise and execute fundraising plan.
• work in close partnership with any sponsors.

You'll have a lot of fun at the festival. We are a friendly group, all wanting to put on the best possible festival each year. It is attended by around 1000 local people and visitors from around the UK. The atmosphere is always very special and sometimes electric! We hope you will join us. You will be most welcome!
