Supporter Care Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to assist the Supporter Care Team with administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the Supporter Care team, you will be assisting with: 

• Counting cash and cheques received at Head office 
• Following the banking process in preparation for collection by G4S 
• Preparing donation paperwork for input to Raiser’s Edge (our CRM system) 
• Inputting donations to Raiser’s Edge 
• Any other duties that reasonably fall within the scope of the role 

Skills, Qualities and Experience:

• Enjoying working in a team environment 
• Good numeracy skills (counting cash and keeping careful records) 
• Good organisational skills 
• Keyboard/general PC skills 
• Strong attention to detail

Training & Additional Information:
