We are looking for a new Trustee who will be responsible for Branch Administration and Governance.
Responsibility for:
- Branch administration
- Member and trustee records
- Minute taking at meetings (approx 9 a year)
- Arranging AGM and preparing documentation
- Data Protection Officer
- Insurance renewals and claims
- Branch specific policies
- Ensuring adherence to Central charity policies, Constitution and Operating Agreement
Working with:
- Part time administrator
- Diverse and friendly Branch leadership team including Branch Directors, Deputy Directors and Trustees
Commitment:
- Attendance at approx 8-9 leadership meetings a year generally in branch.
- Tenure until next AGM subject to reappointment.
- Maximum 6 years as trustee
- Manage your own time from home in fulfilling your duties. May need to visit the branch from time to time
Skills:
- Committed
- Self starter
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Use of Microsoft 365 preferred
