We are looking for a committed person to assist with weekly Strength and Balance classes at Woodhall Community Centre

We are looking for a committed person to assist with weekly Strength and Balance classes at Woodhall Community Centre. The classes are run by a qualified instructor.
Day: Mondays
Time: Beginner 10:00am - 11:00am
Intermediate 11:15am - 12:15pm
Venue: Woodhall Community Centre AL7 3XD
Role:
- To assist the class instructor in the set up, pack down and delivery of the session
- Assist the participants in their exercises if needed
- Be vigilant of the class and alert the instructor if anyone is struggling
Person Specification:
- Have an interest in physical activity
- Works well with older adults
- Has some knowledge of the benefits of physical activity and balance for older adults
