Hertfordshire Scouts seeks a Trustee with HR or business skills to help shape our future and support young people. There would be around 5 meetings a year.

Trustee Board Member

Hertfordshire Scouts are currently inviting nominations for a person to serve as an appointed Trustee on our Trustee Board.  We have one vacancy for an appointed trustee and are looking to appoint someone with skills in the field of HR and a range of business management skills and experience.

The person appointed help shape the future of Scouting in Hertfordshire

If you care about young people and their wellbeing and have the skills we need we would love for you to consider joining our Board.

As a Trustee, you will play a key role in overseeing the Trust’s strategic direction; HR is one of our key areas, alongside opportunities to support Scouting ‘on the ground’

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills and knowledge to a cause that has an effect on so many youngsters in Hertfordshire.

Our ask of you is to attend Trustee Board meetings, which are on average 5 times a year, normally on a Monday evening plus our AGM (held in June).  Some trustees are members of sub committees so have additional commitments.
