Help Shape the Future of Explorers! We're looking for new Explorer Team Members to join our team! This is an exciting time to get involved with Explorer Scouts

We're looking for new Explorer Team Members to join our team!

This is an exciting time to get involved with Explorer Scouts. With the launch of the new Explorer programme, there's never been a better opportunity to help shape the experiences of young people aged 14–18.

Whether you're an experienced volunteer or completely new to Scouting, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need to have all the answers – just enthusiasm, a willingness to support young people, and a sense of adventure.

As part of the Explorer Team, you'll:

  • Help deliver an exciting and engaging programme.
  • Support young people to gain skills for life.
  • Take part in adventurous activities, camps and expeditions.
  • Help Explorers achieve awards, including the King's Scout Award and Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
  • Be part of a friendly and supportive volunteer team.

The new programme is packed with opportunities for Explorers to build confidence, develop leadership skills and experience adventure. As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to influence how it's delivered and help create unforgettable experiences for young people.

You can volunteer weekly, fortnightly or in a way that fits around your lifestyle. Full training and ongoing support are provided, and no previous Scouting experience is necessary.

If you're passionate about helping young people thrive and want to be part of something exciting, we'd love to welcome you to the team.

Ready for your next adventure? Get in touch today and help shape the future of Explorer Scouts.
