Summary

Could you volunteer a few hours a week or month to help someone reclaim their garden and improve their health and wellbeing?

Detailed description

As a Hertfordshire Green Aiders volunteer you’ll be helping the most vulnerable residents regain control over their gardens and improve their quality of life. Doing so, you’ll get fit and healthy, learn new gardening skills and meet new people - all whilst spending time in the great outdoors.

We’ll provide you with all the necessary training, equipment and transport (spaces limited from our Hatfield office), all you need to bring is yourself, sensible outdoor clothes and your enthusiasm. There is no obligation and you can give as much or as little time as you can.

Furthermore, there is opportunity to learn new skills and get on accredited training schemes.
