St Mary's Church, Graveley in conjunction with Graveley Village Hall are holding an Open Afternoon on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2026 from 2pm - 5pm.
We need volunteers to help set up the event, help with car parking during the event, help to man the stalls, to serve tea and cakes, work in the kitchen, clear plates and cups, and clear up at the end.
The event is primarily a fundraising event for St Mary's Church, but also a fun community event that people will enjoy.
There will be a tombola stall, raffle, treasure island, bagatelle and other games and stalls - all in the village hall. We will be serving home-made cakes and scones.
The Church is also open with an art exhibition, flower display and quiz, and the Maze is open at Crow End - all in Graveley Village.
We need people to help us who enjoy a community event, helping people, and working together.
