St Mary's Church, Graveley in conjunction with Graveley Village Hall are holding an Open Afternoon on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2026 from 2pm - 5pm.
We need volunteers to help set up the event, help with car parking during the event, help to man the stalls, to serve tea and cakes, work in the kitchen, clear plates and cups, and clear up at the end.
The event is primarily a fundraising event for St Mary's Church, but also a fun community event that people will enjoy.
There will be a tombola stall, raffle, treasure island, books on sale, bagatelle and other games and various other stalls. We serve home-made tea and cakes and scones. The Church is also open and the Maze open at Crow End - all in Graveley Village. If the weather is poor then the event will take place in Graveley Village Hall.
We need people to help who enjoy a community event, helping people, and working together.
