Community afternoon on August BH Monday 25.8.25 which runs from 2 - 5pm. Fun for adults, children and families. Good for older people to socialise. Beautiful garden and surroundings.
We need help to set up in advance of the function, from 12 md and help to serve teas and cakes, and clear up. We need help to run stalls and collect crockery. We need help moving items such as chairs and tables and boxes and unpacking and packing up. The event will take place outdoors in the garden unless raining, when it will take place in the Village Hall. The event is run by St Mary's Church PCC in conjunction with Graveley Village Hall.
We need people who are friendly, and like chatting to people and helping out where needed.
