At Garden House Hospice Care we offer free care to people across Stevenage and North Hertfordshire. The Depot, based in Letchworth, is our all ‘under one roof’ distribution centre. It plays a vital part in running our trading services which typically contribute around one-third of the running costs of the Hospice. By volunteering with us, you will be making a direct and important contribution to your local community.
What you’ll get from joining our team
We have a wide range of roles on offer, such as meeting and greeting people bringing us donations, engaging with customers in our new shop and various other roles such as sorting, book-scanning and upcycling.
We offer flexible shifts across the week of two hours upwards and would love to discuss how we can work together.

· induction, training and regular reviews to ensure you are confident in your role
· the opportunity to attend diverse hospice-based or online courses such as meditation
