Friends of Moorfields Volunteers - Potters Bar

As a Friends volunteer you will be supporting our patients coming in for treatment at our Potters Bar clinic. Some of the duties that our volunteers undertake include leading and guiding, answering enquiries, providing admin support and holding hands of patients having surgery. All these small but simple acts go along way to reassuring our patients, and also help support our staff in providing excellent patient care. This opportunity will not only leave you with a great sense of satisfaction knowing you have provided support to those in need, but can also provide essential experience and skills useful for job and education applications.

We do require all of our volunteers to be available for a minimum of a 3-hour slot once a week for 6 months. All volunteers must also be aged 16 or older and be willing to undergo the recruitment process that will require DBS checks etc.
