Come and help us pick fresh strawberries, then make up afternoon tea packs to give to older adults through the Friendship Group!

Come and help us pick fresh strawberries, then make up delicious afternoon tea packs, adding scones and jam for the perfect afternoon tea! These will then be given to the Friendship Group for vulnerable older adults in Stevenage, who meet once a month. This will be a fun session and a meaningful way to give back whilst enjoying strawberry picking and being out in the fresh air.

The session will take place at Graveley Fruit Farm.

Perfect for ages 2+.

To sign up, you must book a place via the Family Volunteering Club website! Head to the 'Stevenage' programme page and you can book on there.

About Family Volunteering Club

Family Volunteering Club is on a mission to make it really easy for kids aged 0 - 9 and their grown ups to help out at important causes on their doorstep. We want to help create a society in which every child grows up feeling connected to their local community, and understands the positive role they can play in helping change issues that matter to them.

We work with different charities and community groups to create programmes of fun, impactful, tailor-made volunteering sessions, specifically for kids!
