Summary
Join our team of bucket collectors helping with collections, bringing in vital funds, and raising awareness for EHAAT locally to where you live.Detailed description
The charity organises bucket collections at various locations throughout the year. These might be at a local supermarket who have chosen us as their 'charity of the year' or during Air Ambulance Week in September annually. You can choose which collections you can help with local to you, and for how long. You will be with at least one other volunteer and you will be given a tabard to wear.
- You will be supporting your local life-saving charity.
- Volunteering can have a positive impact on your well-being and looks good on a C.V.
- Our Bucket Collector role is something everyone can do.
- This is a micro-volunteering opportunity for people who don't have much time, as even if you only help once a year we will be grateful for your support.
About Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Our aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Without access to National Lottery funding and with limited support from Government, we continue to rely upon the generosity and goodwill of the people and businesses of Essex and Hertfordshire to remain operational and keep saving lives – working together funded by you!
We truly are a life-saving Charity kept airborne thanks to everyone who plays our Lottery, makes a donation, enjoys our events, fundraises and volunteers in aid of EHAAT.
