We ask our volunteers to commit to a minimum of one afternoon a week during term time. You will go into one of our local partner primary schools.
You will be trained, online in our proven method that focuses on helping children to grow a love of reading. You will do this through book chat and reading to the child, not just listening to them read.
We provide ongoing support, including additional training, monthly communications, an online portal with additional resources and a dedicated support representative.
We will organise your enhanced DBS and provide travel reimbursements up to 5 miles.
