Minibus drivers are needed to drive Community Transport minibuses for local groups and organisations such as elderly or disabled and youth and sports groups.

Community Transport, a project of Community Action Dacorum is looking for Volunteer minibus drivers to help local groups with their transport needs. Without the support of low cost transport, many groups would not be able to operate and help the isolated and lonely.

It is a very rewarding activity. Applicants must be aged 21 or over, and are required to be of smart appearance, be punctual, and good with people.

Training is provided, and you will receive an assessment free of charge from a trained Train the Trainer Herts County Council Assessor, providing you with a minibus permit valid for 5 years.

No extra insurance is required, and you are covered by public liability insurance and no claims bonus cover.
