We are looking for volunteers with good communication skills, and a good phone manner to work on our reception, and demonstrate use of mobility scooters etc.

Shop Mobility, a project of Community Action Dacorum based in the Blue Car Park, Marlowes Centre, provides a vital service to the local community. We are looking for a friendly person to join our team in the morning, working on our reception and helping with customer service as and when you are needed. There is no fixed day, instead, we will contact you as and when we need help. There will be some telephone work and basic I.T work. Tasks include meeting and greeting our customers, showing them how the mobility scooters work, checking the scooters in and out, and keeping records up to date. Full training provided.

If you are available week day mornings and are happy to be flexible as to when you volunteer this role could be for you.
