A volunteer with experience of working with SAGE, Credit Control and Customer service is needed to work with a friendly Finance team.
Community Action Dacorum is a charity based in Hemel Old Town. Their Finance Department is looking for a volunteer to support them with their Credit Control. You will work with Department Managers, and the Finance Team, liaising and building relationships with both trading and charity customers.
You will need good communication skills, both written and verbal, a good telephone manner, and a commitment to confidentiality alongside experience with working with SAGE, and in Credit Control.
