Community Links is a project led by Community Action Dacorum, which aims to improve the wellbeing of people in the community by linking them to a volunteer with similar interests on a short term basis, to help them get out and about, the target being that they will eventually be able to go out and take part in activities without support.
Do you enjoy yoga? We are looking for someone to accompany a young lady to a yoga class on a Tuesday morning, in Bennetts End (although this is flexible) to help her become more confident, until she feels happy to attend on her own.
