Summary

We are particularly keen to hear from people who have administration skills and from people who can make ad hoc deliveries to our hubs, throughout East Herts.

Detailed description

Would you like to utilise your skills, learn new skills, gain experience in the workplace or develop your knowledge in a specific area? Perhaps you want to meet new people or are driven to make a difference to vulnerable people’s lives?

We offer our volunteers all this and more!

We are looking for people who can come into the Buntingford office, or work from home on a Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday for three/four hours. You can volunteer for part of a day, one day a week or all three days, depending on your availability. We are totally flexible.

When you apply we can discuss what you hope to gain from volunteering, your interests and skills and the time you have available. Together we can explore which roles might be most suitable for you.

·      Make deliveries, such as laptops and stationery, to our hubs in Bishop’s Stortford, Ware and Hertford, when needed.

·      Help organise events, such as volunteer thank you events, our Christmas party and staff/volunteer whole team meetings.
