Helping the elderly and less mobile residents of East Herts and Broxbourne attend essential appointments using the phone & computer system.

Answer clients’ and drivers’ phone calls and voice messages, register new clients, take bookings and work with our bespoke booking system. This enables our clients to have a safe journey to and from their essential appointments

(e.g. hospital, GP, occasional supermarket, etc.). Support with other office and admin tasks as needed. Full training provided but must be comfortable speaking on the phone and using a computer system.

Covering holiday for the first 2 weeks in October is a must but can start earlier and ideally would work one morning per week or every 2 weeks depending on current workload & other holiday cover as and when would be ideal.
