Baldock Young at Heart Club is actively looking for volunteers to help run the club – it runs the second Wednesday afternoon of each month from Baldock Community Centre, 2-4pm.
We are a social club for older community members to meet and chat over a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits. We provide some form of entertainment most months.
We need volunteers to help set up tables & chairs, help with refreshments and, most importantly, chat with our members! People of all abilities are welcome to apply for this role. This is a fantastic way to do something for your local community and socialise with members and other volunteers.
Only running once a month, it’s a great way to see if a volunteer role suits you. And you can be involved as much or little as you feel able.
