We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers interested in helping people with mental and physical disabilities gain work experience by helping out in our park.
You will join a small group of Rural Care Co-Farmers and staff to help them as they carry out tasks around the park. This can include feeding & caring for the animals, planting seeds, harvesting crops, and many other farm-related tasks. As a volunteer, you would be part of the conscious effort that supports the people that come to our farm.
This position is ideal for people that have any background experience in nursing, occupational therapy, mental health, physical therapy, or have interacted with people with mental/physical disabilities in any capacity.
