We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer with good administration and interpersonal skills to provide administrative support in our Hertford office.

Age UK Hertfordshire, in collaboration with North Herts CVS and Hertfordshire County Council Public Health, are proud to announce a ground breaking initiative to transform Hertfordshire into an Age-Friendly Community.
Our Age Friendly team are working to remove barriers that make aging harder.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic office volunteer with admin and communications skills to help.
The post will be based from our Head Office based in Hertford for a few hours a week (or month) depending on the needs of the service.
The role will involve:
- Supporting and contributing ideas with the content creation and mailing of the Age Friendly Communities (AFC) quarterly newsletter and general comms to its members
- Assisting the AFC lead with general admin tasks
- Helping with mailouts
What skills do I need?
- Good communication, admin and organisational skills.
- Communications experience.
- Friendly and helpful manner.
- Commitment and reliability.
All volunteers must be over 18 and are recruited subject to references and a clear enhanced DBS. Training and support will be provided.
