Detailed description
You would join the leadership team of dedicated trustees, who are engaged in the advancement of sport in Hertfordshire, for the public benefit, through the provision of the athletics track at Abbey View. The Charity is in an early phase and is looking for enthusiastic and hands-on individuals to assist on a voluntary basis.
For our HR Trustee, we are particularly looking for individuals who have knowledge of safeguarding and human resources policy development.
This trustee will ensure that the charity’s human resources are aligned with its charitable objectives. This includes assessing risks, implementing policies, and supporting the performance of the charity’s board, volunteers and staff.
They will also plays a vital role in health and safety policy for the track users and volunteers
