To help set up suitable social media accounts with appropriate settings for a Scout Group working with young people
Do you know the difference between a Facebook group and a Facebook page? Do you really understand how Instagram works? And how they can link together? Do you understand all the different security settings and could discuss and advise what would be best, considering the safeguarding issues of young people? This is what we need help with. Could you help set up accounts and train/ assist key users?
We teach skills for life to young people but social media would help us engage with the general public to help recruit adult volunteers.
