Summary
We need a new Trustee board administrator to attend meetings (3 per year plus the AGM) to take simple, clear minutes, recording trustee decisions.
Detailed description
It’s a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, likes helping others, and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes so our young people can enjoy great Scouting. Your support helps volunteers focus on delivering brilliant activities for young people. It’s a flexible role, and you’ll be part of a friendly team that really appreciates what you do.
The administrator is not a charity trustee but records the decision made by the trustees using simple, clear language.
A DBS check and some simple online training is essential.
