Administrator - to oversee all aspects of the management of The Dame Letitia Monson Almshouse in Broxbourne.

Detailed description

The Charity is run by a Board of Trustees, that meets around four times a year. The Trustee Administrator's role is to oversee the management of the Almshouse, He/she deals as required, using contractors where necessary, with all the practical issues in the upkeep of a Grade 2 listed building, and looks after the well-being of the seven female residents. The Administrator attends all Board meetings, and provides an update to Trustees on current issues. Clerical back-up is provided from the Board, and the Treasurer works with the Administrator on matters with financial implications. The Administrator will ideally live within a short travelling distance of the Almshouse. The role is likely to require the input of around 10 hours per month.
