Our Mission
GoVolHerts aims to spearhead volunteering efforts in Hertfordshire, facilitating seamless connections between organisations and volunteers. We strive to promote enriching experiences to a diverse community and foster a culture of giving back, empowering individuals to discover roles tailored to their passions and schedules, whilst championing the positive personal and societal impact of volunteerism.

Meet the Team
Tatiana Campos
GoVolHerts Volunteering Development Lead
Tatiana brings a wealth of experience from large universities and educational organisations, both in Brazil and in the United States. She is also a dedicated volunteer, having served as a Samaritan in Brazil and supported a project aiding refugees while living in Florida. Since relocating to the UK with her husband, who is from Letchworth, Tatiana has been actively involved in volunteering in the area.
Tatiana has a deep passion for community impact, aims to cultivate a culture of collaboration, growth and positive change.

Deborah Smith
GoVolHerts Project Coordinator
Deborah joined the team in December 2021 as the Project Support Coordinator, and has seen the GoVolHerts platform go from strength to strength. Previous roles have been at the University of Bedfordshire and Luton Borough Council, although she started out in student days volunteering for CSV Media at BBC Three Counties Radio, writing public service announcements.
Deborah enjoys the variety and challenge of working in a small team who makes a big difference!

Opal Reid
GoVolHerts Admin Support Volunteer
Opal joins GoVolHerts as our Admin Support Volunteer every Tuesday. She comes to us with a wealth of experience from both Corporate and Public Sectors as a professional Administrator having worked in a variety of roles. Opal is the perfect person to be the initial point of contact for GoVolHerts as she is friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling! In her spare time, Opal gets involved with local community activities raising much needed funds for local charities.

Amanda Evans
GoVolHerts Marketing Lead
Amanda joins the GoVolHerts team, overseeing our social media, website and marketing content. She has a wealth of experience in marketing, having worked with charities and organisations in the arts and culture industry and in commercial businesses in Luton. She is a keen supporter of volunteering and is eager to help continue the vital work that GoVolHerts does for the local volunteering community.
