Our Side by Side care leavers programme aims to reduce feelings of isolation for care leavers, to bridge the gap between leaving care and independence.

Compassionate Neighbours provide social and emotional support and companionship to people who are experiencing loneliness or social isolation

Completing regular keep in touch calls to local residents who are isolated or require additional support in some way.

We offer garden-based activities to people living with dementia and their carers. We are seeking additional trustees as we expand our services further in Herts.

As a Befriender with Brainkind you will provide companionship to people during a difficult time in their lives and enable people to do the things that matter.
