Summary
- Oversee the financial affairs of the organisation and ensure they are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice;Detailed description
- Ensure proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place.
- Monitor and report on the financial health of the organisation
- Oversee the production of necessary financial reports/returns, accounts and audits.
- You will be expected to attend a six weekly board meeting, which currently occurs on Wednesdays in Welwyn Garden City from 5pm to 7pm. You may also be asked to attend occasional sub-committee meetings, strategy sessions or other ad hoc events.
