If so, Isabel Hospice is seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Shop Assistants for our brand-new charity shop opening in Bishops Stortford on 21 South Street. - A Cheerful Champion: With your naturally cheerful disposition, you'll greet and assist our visitors, whether they're in a hurry to find something specific, keen to have a leisurely browse, or simply in need of a friendly chat.
- A Compassionate Companion: You understand that sometimes, what our customers really need is a moment of human connection. Your gentle approach and readiness to listen make you an invaluable part of their day.
Role Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a warm welcome and assistance in finding the perfect items to purchase.
- Support and Collaboration: Work alongside our dedicated team to maintain a tidy and welcoming shop environment. Your efforts will help maximize sales and contribute directly to the vital funding of Isabel Hospice services.
