This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic volunteer to join our retail team. We are looking for someone who can commit to supporting the team on a regular, ongoing basis committing to a minimum of one day per shift, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be assisting the driver in their daily duties, including the delivery and collection of goods across our shops in Hertfordshire and from our supporters across the area.
Location: Our shops are located in Biggleswade, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Letchworth Garden City, Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to volunteer on a regular basis, who enjoys working as part of a small busy team and likes being out on the road. Great customer service skills are a must. This is a physical role, so candidates must be able to lift items that may at times be heavy and 2 of our stores require taking goods up and down stairs.
The impact you’ll make…
Your support will help our busy retail team to ensure stock is rotated across the area, delighting our customers and raising vital funds for Special Days and Treats.

You will be a part of a small team, who are on hand to support you with your role and offer any training and support where required. You will be provided with all necessary resources available and given a full induction. We will keep you informed and updated on how your support benefits the team, Willow and Special Days.
