LALG is looking for volunteers to join its organising committee. Committee meets once a month and has a co-ordinating role.Detailed description
LALG is a unique not for profit organisation that organises leisure activities in North Herts and surrounding areas. The committee co-ordinates those activities through a network of groups, runs some events itself and oversees the membership database, monthly newsletter, website, insurance, finances, diversity, safeguarding and guidance for its member groups.
We are looking for volunteers with an outward focus to help us deliver for our 1500 member households, our network of volunteers and the wider community.
Volunteers will work in a supportive environment and gain expertise of operating within a group structure equivalent to the Trustee Board of a charity.
