We are looking for some help on weekends to open our small kitchen area to serve tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks to help us raise money for the club.
For 50 years Herons Fc has been at the heart of our local community, bringing people together, through football, friendship and opportunity.
Every weekend players, families, volunteers and supporters come together at our club. At the centre of it all is a space where people can grab a hot drink, snack and share a conversation while being part of the Herons family. Unfortunately we haven't been able to use it for the past 2 seasons due to lack of help and issues within the actual clubhouse itself.
We're looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to help support us within our clubhouse, no previous experience is required - if you enjoy meeting people, being part of a team and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere then we would love to hear from you.
How you could help:
Serving tea, coffee and refreshments
Supporting fundraising through kitchen sales
Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy
Creating a warm and friendly environment
Every cup of tea served helps to raise vital funds that are reinvested back into the club, helping us provide opportunities for local children and young people to enjoy football in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Whether you can help every week, once a month or even just on a special event, your contribution will make a genuine difference.
