Funding for researchers begins at your local charity shop. Every pound raised in BHF shops helps the charity to support those living with heart and circulatory diseases. You’ll also be supporting a more sustainable society. This year, British Heart Foundation shops will save around 71,000 tonnes of pre-loved items from going to waste. We have a variety of roles available in our shops and stores.

You will be serving customers, using the till, talking to customers about our stock and awareness campaigns and encouraging every donor to become part of our Gift Aid scheme.

Typical tasks include:

· Interacting with customers and serving them in a helpful and friendly way

· Operating the till and taking payments

· Promoting Gift Aid
